As a member of BACP, I adhere to their professional guidelines and ethical standards. I hold a Level 4 Diploma and a Foundation Degree in Counselling. Moreover, I am qualified to provide counselling for a range of issues, including trauma, stress, depression, bereavement, and anxiety. Counselling sessions are available remotely online via Teams, and I offer face-to-face sessions within my locality.
